Designer floaty black dress
This is a designer black floaty dress by Pallant London. It was a bespoke make for the buyer and was not an off-the-rack dress. It is a black viscose v-neck dress with a silk lining. It has an integral tie belt, which can be tied at the back or front, and fluted hem. It is in perfect condition. This a designer piece by Pallant London - the husband and wife team of Martin and Jean Pallant.
