I see so many amazing stylish products from fashion to furniture from beauty to books (and some dreadful ones too...) during my working week as a style journalist and as MD of Lovely's Vintage Emporium that I have decided to share some of them once a week on this blog - the last 'vintage-ish finds of the week' blog covered a myriad of finds from a Laura Ashley floral rucksack to a taxidermy lamb...
Here are a few of my favourite vintage-ish finds this week:
BEAUTY: TOKYO MILK - FRAGRANCES
We love this new French-influenced range of beauty products called Tokyo Milk - fabulous packaging, great names (Crushed; Tainted Love; Bulletproof) and beautiful scents. They are available at The Cross Shop and www.thecrossshop.com
HOMEWARES: RADLEY - GREAT BRITISH SUMMER COLLECTION
BOOK: HANDY DAD IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS
What a fabulously retro-looking book - 'Handy Dad in the Great Outdoors. More Than 30 Super-Cool Projects and Activities for Dads and Kids' by Todd Davis It is available to buy from May 2012 for £15.99. You can of course pre-order from Amazon. The 'activities' are amazing and range from identifying creepy-crawlies you can eat to building a teepee. Here at Lovely's Vintage we might just pretend to be children again for this...
WALLPAPER: LITTLE GREENE - HAMPSTEAD WALLPAPER 1949
COSMETICS: ELIZABETH ARDEN - ROSE AURORA SPRING MAKE-UP COLLECTION
I hope you enjoyed my round-up! Please do comment in the box below as I do love to read your feedback.
